What’s the Game Indicator?
- It provides the most necessary data in the game as an indicator.
- Useful indexes such as real-time, sales, and users are provided by Hive SDK linkage alone without sending a separate log.
- You can send the gameplay logs to check additional analysis indicators needed for game operation.
- Indicator per game except for the real-time indicator is updated before 8am KST.

Indicator Terms
- AU (Active User): Active users, users who accessed the game
- DAU (Daily Active User): Daily active users, users who accessed the game on a daily basis
- New User (NU): Users who newly joined the game
- PU (Paying User): Users who make in-app purchases
- First Paying User: User that made their first purchase after joining the game
- PU RATE(Paying User Rate): Rate of the user that payed for the game compared to active users (Total number of paying users/active users) * 100
- ARPU (Average Revenue Per User): Sales per user, total sales/total number of users
- ARPPU (Average Revenue Per Paying User): Average sales by paying user, total sales/total number of paying users
- LTV(Life Time Value): Average of cumulative sales from new users during a certain period
- RETENTION: Percentage of users accessing the game without leaving the game during a specific period
- Bounce User: Users without access log for 7 days before the base date
- ex) If the user accessed on Jul. 31st as of Aug. 8th has no access from Aug. 1st to Aug. 7th
- Returning User: Users who have access information on the base date while they had no access information for 8 days before the base date
- ex) If there is no access from Aug. 1st to Aug. 7th as of Aug. 8th, and access is made on Aug. 8th
- Play Time: The amount of time the user has played the game
- Delay Time: The time it takes to receive a response from the game client to the server
- Sessions: The number of sessions created when the game starts (newly created when the app is closed)

- Provides summarized indicator daily/weekly/monthly.
- Provides indicators for DAU, NU, game downloads and daily highest concurrent.
- Provides indicators for sales amount, first paying user, ARPU, ARPPU and number of sales.

Real-time Indicator
- Provides indicators for sales amount, PU, AU, NU by date/time.
- Provides indicators for sales amount, PU, AU, NU by country/market.
- Sales amount and PU are updated every 5 minutes, and NU is updated every 10 minutes.
- The number of concurrent users is provided every 2 minutes.

User Indicator
- Provides indicators for daily/weekly/monthly DAU, NU, game download, first game download, daily highest concurrent, daily lowest concurrent in total/by server.
- Provides indicators for daily/weekly/monthly DAU, NU, game downloads, and first game downloads by country/market.
- Provides indicators for daily/weekly/monthly DAU, NU by app version (App version info of the game)/device/OS version.
- Provides indicators with OS name – app version name if provided by app version.
- Provides indicators with OS name – Device name if provided by devices.
- Provides indicators with OS name – OS version name if provided by OS version.
- If the OS name, the app version name, the device name, or the OS version name is unknown, it means that the data is null or blank in the log.
- Provides daily indicators for churn, returning users by country&market.
- Provides daily indicators for DAU, NU, and DAU (except NU) by market.
- ex) You can check the retention of users who are NU using Google Play by selecting NU for user and Google Play for Market.
- Provides daily/weekly/monthly indicators of seceded users.
- Provides daily user classification and user classification movement indicators for DAU.

Sales Indicator
- Provides indicators for daily/weekly/monthly revenue amount, PU, first payer users, days elapsed until first purchase, ARPU, ARPPU, and PU RATE in total/by server.
- The time taken until the first purchase is the distribution of the time taken by the first-time purchaser until the first purchase during the indicator history period. The number of first-time purchase users is provided in 4 groups: within 1 day, after 1 day and within 2 days, after 2 days and within 3 days, and after 3 days.
- Provides indicators for revenue amount, PU, first paying users, and ARPPU per product n total/by server.
- Provides indicators for daily/weekly/monthly revenue amount, PU, first payer users, the number of revenue, ARPU, ARPPU, and PU RATE by country/ market.
- Provides indicators for daily/weekly/monthly advertisement revenue, and the ratio of advertisement revenue to total revenue.
- Advertisement revenue refers to revenue made through advertisements.
- The total revenue in the ratio of advertisement revenue to the total revenue refers to the sum of advertisement revenue and in-app revenue.
- You can check the indicators from 2 days before, but not from a day before.
- LTV indicator is provided according to NU.
- Up to D+50 is provided. D+N means N days after each base date. The base date refers to the date of the first game access of a new user.
- ex) If the base date is 01-01-2023, it will be D+2 on 01-03-2023 which is two days after the base date.
- The formula below is used to calculate new user LTV, which is the average cumulative revenue made over a certain time period (D+N) by all new users who joined during the indicator checking period.
- New user LTV = New user’s D+N cumulative revenue / Number of new users that reached D+N
- Up to D+50 is provided. D+N means N days after each base date. The base date refers to the date of the first game access of a new user.

- You can send the gameplay logs to check additional analysis indicators needed for game operation.
- You need to send predefined logs using Send Client Logs function to configure indicators.

Advertisement Indicator
- Provides indicators for daily/weekly/monthly advertisement revenue, advertisement revenue compared to the total revenue, the number of advertisement exposal, the number of advertisement clicks, the number of advertisement clicks rates, and advertisement view rates.
- Advertisement revenue refers to revenue made through advertisements.
- The total revenue in the ratio of advertisement revenue to the total revenue refers to the sum of advertisement revenue and in-app revenue.

Campaign Indicator
- Provides indicators for daily/weekly/monthly joining users by attribution&media.
- Attribution tools that can be synced in Hive SDK are categorized as adjust, appsflyer and singular.
- Since the information gathered by the attribution tool can only be viewed by the account used for the setting, Hive Analytics requires each attribution tool’s postback option to collect logs. Through this, Hive Analytics automatically collects logs and provides them as an indicator.

- Non-organic: Users who joined through media advertisements (Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Provides the number of opens, installs, downloads, click rates, install rates, the number of users who joined through promotions, rate of users who joined through promotions compared to new users, and PU.
