Bulletin Board

Create a bulletin board category (1 Depth) and menu (2 Depth) displayed on the left side of the community page.

 

  • Language: A total of 16 languages can be set up, and a category is created for each page of the registered language.
    • E.g. When you register a category in the Korean or Japanese box, a category is created on the Korean/Japanese site.
    • However, Korean is required to be entered by default even if the Korean site is not operated.
  • Public/Private: You can choose whether the category is public/private.
  • Default Expansion Settings: You can set the default expansion/closure status for menus in a category.

 

Board Type

  • Bulletin Board Type: The community menu supports 5 bulletin board types.
    • Normal Board: This is a general bulletin board where posts and comments including text and media can be posted.
    • Image Board: Most of the functions are the same as a general bulletin board, but images must be registered.
      • The image bulletin board provides a post list page where thumbnails are displayed.
    • Video Board: Most of the functions are the same as the general bulletin board, but videos must be registered.
      • Only administrators can create video bulletin boards.
      • The video bulletin board provides a post list page with a play button added to the thumbnail.
    • One Line Board: This is a bulletin board where only texts can be entered in one line.
    • Link: Used to connect directly to an external link when clicking on the menu.

View/Post Permission

  • View Permission: Permissions can be set to [All/Members only/Administrators only] for each bulletin board.
    • Permission to view must be greater than permission to write.
  • Post Permission: Permissions can be set to [Members only/Administrators only] for each bulletin board.

 

  • The TOP post banner is a thumbnail-type banner that is displayed at the top of the post list page.
  • The TOP post banner default image is the image that is displayed by default when creating an administrator post and is also displayed if a TOP post banner representative image is not selected.

 

 

  • Set whether to allow users to enter comments on the bulletin board.
