Search Authentication History
You can examine the SMS OTP authentication accomplishment details of the recipient.
- Search Authentication History: Hive Console > Notification > SMS OTP > Search Authentication History
Enter your country code as well as the recipient number. You may see if OTP authentication succeeded or failed.
The recipient number is encrypted, therefore it must exactly match the phone number you supplied when requesting an SMS. (010-1234-5678 and 10-1234-5678 are identified differently.)
