This is a menu for collecting and analyzing errors related to app abnormal termination. Indicators are currently only available for Google Market apps. Data is collected using the Google Play Developer Reporting API, which is still in testing. Thus, data gathering and viewing may be irregular.

Google Cloud Console Settings

Enable the Google Play Developer Reporting API in the Google Cloud Console before using the menu.

  1. Click APIs and services within the Google Cloud console.

2. Click API and service usage parameters in the upper-right corner.

3. Search for Google Play Developer Reporting API and then click on it.

4. Configure API utilization.

Hive Console Settings

In order to query the Google Play Developer Reporting API, a Google account is required. Register your Google account details in the Hive Console App Center > Market Account Information section, and then configure your Google account in Google App ID. Refer to the App Center manual for additional information.

If you have accomplished the two settings above, the crash report menu requires no further management. If a new App ID for Google Market has been created within the organization, only the market account should be linked to the App ID. The following day’s data is then automatically collected and can be viewed via the menu.

  • Daily data collection using the Google Play Developer Reporting API.
  • Data can only be reviewed up to three days beforehand (KST).
  • There may be disparities between Android vitals and data in the Google Play console outline.

ANR

If the application does not respond, a dialog box appears inquiring if you want to wait for a response or close the application. This is a ‘Application Not Responding’ (ANR) error, and you can examine the corresponding error data. If the quantity of data is small, the details item will not display detailed data.
