You can send CS emails directly to customers from Hive Customer Center.
- This feature can be used when at least one email account for replies has been registered.
- The sender’s address will be sent to the email address checked as the main email address among the registered email accounts.
- In Signature, you can choose from ready-made templates in 16 languages.
