You can check the billing fee (Hive platform fee, cross promotion fee), payment details, and receipts in the billing and payment details.

Billing and Payment History

  • Billing Month: Indicates the month in which the fee was charged.
  • Details: The Hive platform fee and cross promotion fee are displayed. For cross promotion, the advertising execution amount and advertising revenue are displayed respectively.
  • Payment Date: Payment is automatically processed with the registered payment method between the 10th and 14th of each month. The payment due date is set based on business days. However, the payment date is not displayed for cross promotion advertising revenue.
  • Payment Method: Only cards can be used as a payment method, and the card company name and the last 4 digits of the card are displayed in the form of “Hive Card (123*)”. For cross promotion advertising revenue, the payment method won’t be displayed as the revenue is deposited.
  • Payment Status: The payment status will be displayed in one of the following: Payment Complete, Payment Failed, Payment Scheduled, and Accumulated. Accumulation only applies to cross promotion advertising revenue.
  • Payment Amount: The payment amount for the billing month is displayed.
  • Billing Statement: You can check the Billing statement for the billing month by clicking the image button.
  • Receipt: You can check the receipt provided by the PG company only when the payment currency is in KRW. Receipt link is not provided if the payment currency is in USD.
