The rate plan provides the function to check and change the rate plan in use on the Hive platform. The rate plan is applied per company. If a company is operating multiple projects, all of them will be included in one rate plan. Each rate plan includes a free usage amount, and a separately defined rate is charged if it is exceeded. The rate settlement is carried out by adding up the usage of all projects based on the set rate plan of the company at the end of each month.

Check Rate Plan

You can check the rate plan you are currently using.

  • Usage Period: Indicates the period from the 1st to the last day of each month.
  • Project: Indicates the number of all projects registered by the client company. Click the project icon to go to the App Center.
  • Rate Plan: Indicates the rate plan you are currently using. The default rate plan when you first sign up is Starter.

Change Rate Plan

You can change to Standard, Business, or Enterprise rate plans up to 3 times a month. Please note that you cannot change from Standard, Business, or Enterprise rate plans to the Starter rate plan.
